OUR SERVICES FOR THE ARMED FORCES

The scope of performance provided by the LHBw has been continuously enlarged since the company’s establishment and has been adapted to comply with the developments and expansion of the tasks of the Government. For example, today, widespread supply is carried out not only at service stations throughout the country, but also via the mobile service points and soldiers fitted out with what they required for an assignment abroad.

Since July 2009 the LHBw, as winner of the tender, has also been supplying soldiers of the German Armed Forces with personal ABC protective equipment.

While the activities of the LHBw are concentrated solely on supplying the Armed Forces, the companies of LHD and jas, which also belong to the Group, have developed more and more from a governmental participation to a business model. Their scope of performance ranges from classical retail and mail order trade through a comprehensive spectrum of logistic services. Among the company’s customers are the Federal Police, the US Army, Galeria Kaufhof and others.
