INVENTORY PLANNING & DISTRIBUTION

We support the Armed Forces with an automated inventory-planning system when the budget is being fixing, and control an extensive flow of material and information concerning all the clothing facilities.

Range of coverage planning for about 15,000 individual items reaches from procurement to exact-quota supply for the local service station. We supply approximately 250,000 soldiers and 100,000 civil members of staff with clothing and personal equipment as well as with protective and service clothing.

Our planning and control procedure is IT-supported and provides guaranteed supply with very low stock-keeping. The guaranteed supply quota is 99.8% on average.
