In the service stations that we operate (former Armed Forces clothes depots), we offer our customers a personal and individual service nationwide. A scanner and cash register system ensures rapid processing and transparent records for personal clothing accounts.
The number of service stations is oriented to the stationing programme of the Armed Forces. We provide a dense supply network with various service facilities:
- Service stations (SVS) - offer the full range of services (issue, exchange, repair and sewing, return, etc.).
- Service points (SVP) - offer an exchange service only.
- Mobile service points (MSP) - also offer an exchange service only but travel to the military station.
Some SVS specialise in provision of items for deployment assignments or have a stock of items for women soldiers.
